Professional Track for Growing Leaders
SASE to partner with Elevate to give rise to Asian American leaders
Northwest Chicago, Illinois (Oct. 12-14, 2017) - On Thursday, October 12, SASE is collaborating with Elevate－a partnership between California State University - Fullerton, University of California - Riverside and San Diego, and Spectrum Knowledge－to arrange an Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leadership Development session. Presented by Vu H. Pham, Ph.D., this half-day development session will provide leading-edge, innovative, and practical insights on ERGs and will help to identify how any one individual can have a bigger role in the growth and achievements of their organizations.
On Friday, UnlimitU, another leadership program designed towards Asian professionals, will “focus on agile learning and rapid iteration shifts rather than introducing complex, copious concepts.” Asian professionals and leaders too often over-study and over-prepare－all while underestimating and undervaluing their leadership potential. SASE, empowered by Elevate, aims to change that.
