Khanh Vu

Executive Director
Khánh and his family immigrated to the USA from Vietnam at the end of the Vietnam conflict. Khánh graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in chemical engineering and 3 minors. He worked for Amoco after graduation as a production engineer. He subsequently went to work for the family businesses: Asian grocery and real estate. He helped grow the family business to become the largest Asian grocer in the region. After selling the retail business, Khánh continued to work in real estate.


Jessica Moy

National Conference Coordinator
Jessica Moy was introduced to SASE by her husband, Clifton. Jessica received her B.A. in International Studies, Japan focus, at Colorado State University, and her M.A. in International Studies, China focus, at the University of Denver. Her previous jobs have included being a Coordinator for International Relations on the Japan Exchange Teaching (JET) Program and being an Outreach Coordinator for the University of Colorado - Boulder's Program for Teaching East Asia. When she is not working with SASE's outstanding volunteers to help coordinate the national conference, she enjoys spending time with Clifton and their two kids Jacob, and Elia.


Matt Diaz

Collegiate Program Coordinator
Born and raised as a Colorado native, Matt knows that there is greatness in everyone waiting to be released. Matt has spent his whole life passionate about health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals. After graduating from Colorado School of Mines in EE, Matt started his own legal services and identity theft protection business with LegalShield, where changing lives is the main focus of his team. Matt brings over 10 years of personal and organizational leadership experience to SASE.


rolland huie

Information Technology Coordinator
Rolland Huie serves as the Information Technology Coordinator. He has been working in the Information Technology (IT) field for over 23 years. During this time, he held roles as a designer, an information systems manager, content manager, a consultant, and as a trainer. He was a Systems Manager at Procter & Gamble and Manager of Technology Programs at Jones Lang LaSalle. He hold a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He brings his depth of experience, technical skills and management capabilities to develop the administration and marketing operations of SASE. Rolland enjoys everything about food and learning new technologies/methods.


jennifer colson

Office Manager
Jennifer joined SASE as its first full time Office Manager in August, 2014. She also serves as the Development Commitee Chair overseeing individual giving, the SASEsmiles Grant Program, Leadership Awards, and the Organization Achievement Awards.  She brings more than 15 years of non-profit administration and organizational management experience to the team. Jennifer holds a BS and a MS in Environmental Horticultural Science from the University of Florida. In graduate school she also minored in Non-Profit Administration with a key focus on public budgeting and finance. She has served as an Executive Director of a non-profit botanical garden, a Major Gifts Director for a national non-profit foundation, and a Program Director for an environmentally focused non-profit organization. Her goal is to keep bringing the organization to the next level. 


Michael Mau

Development Manager
Michael is responsible for the creation, implementation, planning, reporting, and budgeting of SASE development programs. His duties include representing SASE on a national level and leading the development of new initiatives. Michael retired after 27 years of service with the Central Intelligence Agency. He held a variety of positions within the CIA to include; Chief Diversity Recruitment Program, Asian American Community Outreach Manager, Chief Regional Recruiter Program, and Security Investigations. Michael has a proven track record for building programs, creating strategic networks, managing people, and producing results. He is a recognized leader within the diversity recruitment and inclusion profession.
