Raytheon Company, with 2015 sales of $23 billion and 61,000 employees worldwide, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity markets throughout the world. Raytheon is headquartered in Waltham, Mass. Harris is responsible for Raytheon’s worldwide sales and marketing, international business, government relations and business strategy. He is also responsible for developing and leading the execution of Raytheon’s business strategy.
