Qing Wu received B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1993 and 1995, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA in 2002. He was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, State University of New York at Binghamton, Binghamton, NY.
